Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

Worksheet Wonder sells exclusively digital goods (PDFs). Because of the nature of digital products, they cannot be "returned" once they are downloaded. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. A refund may be issued only under the following strict conditions:

  • The file you received is corrupted and cannot be repaired or replaced by our support team.
  • You mistakenly purchased the exact same bundle twice within a 48-hour period.

3. Refund Conditions

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Exceptions

We do NOT grant refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the product.
  • You do not have the required software (e.g., a PDF reader) to open the file.
  • You purchased the product by mistake but have already downloaded it.
